Procedure:
You arrive with your friends at our location and be equipped with all necessary gear – including eFoils and mandatory safety gear. You’ll have time to change in our on-site changing facilities. After a 15 minute safety briefing, your instructor will help you prepare your boards and get them into the water. Participants can decide how long they ride within the booked slot and swap independently. Please note that extending the session at short notice is usually not possible.
We require advance booking in order to plan our courses. If you would like to book on short notice and no sessions are available, feel free to contact us by phone and we will do our best to get you out on the water. Our courses take place even in rain and colder temperatures. In case of severe weather warnings such as thunderstorms, storms, high water, or low water levels, we will cancel or reschedule the course as early as possible. In this case, you will receive a 100% refund, and we will contact you directly. If you are unable to attend your lesson, please inform us as soon as possible via email at info@efoil-riders.com or by phone.
Products:
Do you have a preference for a specific board setting? Please indicate this when booking and we will try to accommodate your request. We cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled, as this depends on our resources available on the day. If you have no experience with or preferences for the various products, you can decide on site with the trained trainer which setting is suitable for your session. You do not need to contact us in advance for this.
We have a 48-hour advance booking period in order to plan our courses optimally. Our courses also take place in rain and colder temperatures. In the event of severe weather warnings, such as thunderstorms and storms, as well as high water or low water, we will cancel or postpone the course as early as possible. In this case, we will refund 100% of the cost. We will contact you. If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@efoil-riders.com or by phone.
