In Cuxhaven-Sahlenburg, you won’t find a typical beginner lesson on calm inland waters. Here, we ride directly in the North Sea – with real sandy beaches, tides, wind, and waves reaching up to two meters in height. This location is exclusively designed for riders with previous eFoil experience who are looking for more than a relaxed cruise. Riding in the North Sea means adrenaline, dynamic conditions, and an authentic surf experience. Together with our coaches, you’ll learn to assess local conditions, read the water, and take your riding skills to the next level – from controlled carving to powerful turns in the waves.
At eFoil Riders, you can learn to eFoil in a safe and easy 60-minute beginner course or improve your skills with our advanced lessons. Fun on our Fliteboards is guaranteed, even with no prior experience of water sports. Our professional instructors will assure you a great time and fly above the waters like a pro.
Fliteboard Lessons
You will first receive a brief introduction on land from your coach, who will then accompany you on the water to provide valuable tips. Even without prior experience, you’ll be flying over the water in your first course on our Fliteboard.
Fliteboard Rental
You already have eFoil experience and now eager to take your skills to the next level! Together on the water, your coach supports you in refining your stability and speed on the board, and carving in a sporty way. We’re happy to address your personal challenges.

Every session is tailored to the tides, wind, and sea conditions on the day. That’s why we intentionally do not offer fixed lesson schedules in Cuxhaven. We ride when the North Sea delivers the perfect conditions. This flexibility is exactly what makes this location so unique – and exclusive. Our advanced rider sessions include a comprehensive briefing on equipment, safety, and local conditions. Throughout the entire session, your coach rides alongside you on an eFoil, while a support boat remains on standby for additional safety and assistance.
