Procedure:
To rent equipment, pick up your eFoil and the mandatory safety gear from our eFoil trainers. You will then have time to change in our changing room. After a short safety briefing, the trainer will help you get your board ready to go into the water. You can then ride for approx. 45 minutes. If you want to surf for longer, book a subsequent rental offer in advance. This is usually not possible at short notice. The trainer will be present at our location during the rental period and will collect the equipment again.
Products:
Do you have a preference for a specific board setting? Please indicate this when booking and we will try to accommodate your request. We cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled, as this depends on our resources available on the day. If you have no experience with or preferences for the various products, you can decide on site with the trained trainer which setting is suitable for your session. You do not need to contact us in advance for this.
We have a 48-hour advance booking period in order to plan our courses optimally. Our courses also take place in rain and colder temperatures. In the event of severe weather warnings, such as thunderstorms and storms, as well as high water or low water, we will cancel or postpone the course as early as possible. In this case, we will refund 100% of the cost. We will contact you. If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@efoil-riders.com or by phone.
