Between the archipelago and thousands of lakes and rivers, there is no shortage of water in Sweden. Waves, however, are not in abundance. Alexander Lind has lived his entire life in this environment. He loved winters for snowboarding and summers for wakeboarding, but surfing was something he only ever dreamed of doing.
Canvas is Alex's dream realized. A surfboard in all its beauty, seamlessly integrated with state-of-the-art technology opening up surf to wherever there is water. It is the foundation for all LIND artboards, focusing on the craftsmanship, shape and performance aspects of a LIND board, while inviting us to use our waters as canvases for artistic and athletic expression.

Since a near-death surfing experience in 2007, Peter has dedicated his life to working directly with the mystical elements, those being the dimensions and truths that shape and inform our experience and understanding of who and where we are in the universe. He immerses himself with the ocean and nature, making each central to his practice, as is the notion and experience of the journey. His work straddles the performative and the conceptual, the experimental and process and material based inquiries into how he experiences time, place, space, the sublime, the ineffable, the transient, the impermanent, the romantic, the mysterious and the poetic. Since 2016, he has been taking his paintings to a larger scale and incorporating found objects into the making process, visually and materially, and also sewing pieces and fragments of paintings made in different countries and ocean bodies together into one painting.
