For all orders via our online shop, the following terms and conditions apply.
Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. By placing the products in the online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained for this purpose in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.

We save the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form. The text of the contract is no longer accessible via the Internet for security reasons.

4. Delivery terms

We deliver within Germany free shipping.
In principle, you have the option of picking up at eFoil Riders, Salvatorstraße 17b, 97074 Würzburg, Germany during the following business hours: From 17:00 p.m
We do not deliver to pack pick up stations.

5. pay

In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available:
Payment in advance If you select the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
PayPal During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. After placing the order in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. Paydirekt After placing the order, you will be forwarded to the website of the online provider paydirekt. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via paydirekt, you must have an activated online banking account for participation in paydirekt, be registered there or register first, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order to us.
Immediately after placing the order, we request paydirekt to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by paydirekt. You'll get more information during the ordering process.
Cash payment on collection
You pay the invoice amount in cash upon pickup.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment.

7. transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the delivery company as soon as possible and contact us immediately. The non-compliance of a complaint or contact has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to assert our own claims against the freight carrier or the transport insurance.

8. Warranties

9. Liability

For claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives or agents, we are always liable without limitation
